T & W Operations is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Huntsville, Alabama .The company provides Logistics, Information Technology, and Management services to government and commercial customers.  The services T & W Operations offers are Automated Logistics Systems, Project Time Management System (PTMS), Information Technology and Information Assurance Support and Consulting, IT Staff Augmentation, and Project Management and Management Support.

Currently we support the Robotics Systems Joint Project Office (RSJPO) along with their Project Management, warehousing, automated shelving, inventory control, and maintenance operations at the inventory control point (ICP) in Selfridge, Michigan and 14 Joint Robotics Repair Detachment (JRRD) facilities including locations in the United States, Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan.   We also provide the IT and logistics support to the Navy EOD and Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) robotics systems, and IT and IA management and support staff to the MDA.

Automated Logistics Systems

T & W Operations has partnered with Avantix to provide a web based supply chain management system named Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System or COLTS. COLTS is capable of managing the flow of systems and parts from manufacturer throughout its lifecycle. COLTS tracks all maintenance actions of parts and systems and provides Total Asset Visibility through RFID and IUID interfaces.  We offer logistic expertise to develop a concept of operations and operational procedures to implement this fully automated web based system.

Project Time Management System (PTMS)

PTMS is a web based earned value management application designed to interface with COLTS. The application was designed for program offices and program managers to allow managers at all levels to track the progress of a project by providing granular visibility to all aspects of cost, labor, materials, and schedule.  PTMS supports multiple users and provides secure access for many different designated user types. For the majority of users, PTMS will be their electronic time card where they can select projects and enter time worked on each. Managerial users have access to multiple reports which are calculated in real time and give a snapshot of current financial status as well as historical data for projects and employees.  Each report can be converted to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet at the click of a button.

Information Technology and Information Assurance Support and Consulting

T & W Operations is Microsoft Certified Gold Partner and is staffed with highly experienced and certified professionals. Our engineers hold a multitude of certifications and have years of experience providing our customers the best possible person to tackle any IT project. T&W currently provides IT services to numerous commercial clients and to the US government through the Robotics Systems Joint Project Office, the Navy Emergency Ordnance Disposal Office, Air Force Research Labs, the Missile Defense Agency, and NASA.
