Project Time Management System (PTMS)

PTMS is a web based earned value management application.  It was designed for program offices and program managers.  It allows managers at all levels to track the progress of a project through its life cycle by providing granular visibility to all aspects of cost, both labor and materials, and schedule.  PTMS supports multiple users and provides secure access for many different designated user types. For the majority of users, PTMS will be their electronic time card where they can select projects and enter time worked on each. Managerial users have access to multiple reports which are calculated in real time and give a snapshot of current financial status as well as historical data for projects and employees.  Each report can be converted to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet at the click of a button.

Automated Logistics Systems

T & W Operations has partnered with Avantix to provide a web based supply chain management system known as COLTS. COLTS is a Catalog Ordering Logistic Tracking System capable of managing the flow of parts from manufacturer to installation. We offer logistic expertise to develop a concept of operations and operational procedures to implement this fully automated web based system.
